Images on the Page
A few pointers
Attractive pages need images. You cannot expect to engage your visitors without the use of graphics, but there needs to be a balance between
textual content and visual impact.
Page download times are less of an issue with the growth of broadband Internet access, but people usually need to see a page load
within 6 or 8 seconds if they are to stay on your website.
Image links can be necessary, but there needs to be alternative navigation because search engines cannot read the text within
any image.

Clear Website Navigation
Information must be easy to find
One of the major complaints of website visitors is that they get "lost" in a website, or they simply cannot find what they want.
We make sure your website navigation is clear and intuitive, enabling a clear path back as well as forward.
We have seen many examples where the design is too clever for its own good, leaving visitors confused and resentful.
Information must be quick to find: we aim to provide access to all main areas of your website within three clicks from the Home page.

Well Written Website Copy
Your website must motivate people
You must accept that most of your visitors don't care about you!
They want information, and they often need to be prompted to buy from you.
Information must be provided in a clear, easily-accessible format; if relevant, either a printer-friendly or pdf format should
also be provided.
Effective website content is written positively, and concisely, and in a way that encourages people to choose you as their supplier:
this needs specialised, web-specific copy writing skills to make your website work as it should.
